Municipal Metro Enquiry Offices
When are the municipal offices open?
All municipal enquiry offices are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm. To make it even easier to pay your account, Munifin Payment offices are open for extended hrs during Peak periods monthly.
BCMM customers
All accounts are due on the 15th of each month. For peak days before this due date, the enquiry offices in the Munifin Centre are open from 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. These extended hours do not apply to other municipal enquiry offices.
