Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality invites members of the public to comment on the draft Credit Control By-law and Indigent Support By-law on or before 26 May 2014. Copies of the final draft by-laws are available at all Municipal satellite offices throughout the city from 8am to 3.30pm.
