• National Diploma in Real Estate - Property Valuations approved by the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession


• Registered as Candidate Valuer with SA Council for Property Valuers Profession


• Valid code B/EB driver’s license

Key Performance Areas

• Provides valuations of land and buildings for all types of properties for rating purposes


• Conduct valuations of land and buildings for Objections process. Prepares printouts for objections and appeals purpose


• Prepares valuation reports of land and buildings for sale, acquisition, rental and lease agreements of properties, Expropriation, Servitudes and Town Planning purposes
