NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 29(1) of the Local Government Municipal Structures Act No. 117 of 1998, read in conjunction with Section 19(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000 that the Speaker of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Council, Councilor C.H.M. Maxegwana has authorized the City Manager to call a Special Council Meeting of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Council on Thursday 10 April 2025 at 08h30 for 09h00 to be held in Auditorium, City Hall, East London.
In terms of Section 20(1) of Municipal Systems Act, members of the public, media and other interested parties or bodies are allowed to attend the meeting.
