BCMM REOPENS ON SATURDAYS FOR UNRESOLVED BILLING ENQUIRIES
The Metro is on a quest to ensure that billing issues are resolved. Saturdays have been set aside to cater for those that might not have time during weekdays.

The purpose of the campaign is to assist consumers who are still having unresolved queries on billing, opening new accounts, assistance with debt incentive scheme application and also with the indigent registration applications.
The Rollout campaign will take place on the following dates: 22nd May, 29th May, 5th June and 12th June 2021.
On these days all Revenue Management cash points, Service centres and satellite offices in all three regions will be open from 08h30 until 13h30.
