BUFFALO CITY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPAL LIBRARIES
The City would like to inform the public that the following libraries will re-open on Monday, 1 February 2021: EL Central, Beacon Bay, Gonubie, Vincent, Mdantsane, Gompo and King Williams Town

•    Opening hours will be from 08h30 to 14h00
•    Libraries will open for return and issue services only
•    Borrowers can take fifteen (15) books per card
•    Entrance restricted to 10 people at a time, at 15 minutes per borrower
•    Children are allowed in the library, provided they are accompanied by an adult
•    All fines accumulated during library closures will be waived
