BUFFALO CITY MAYOR GETS FIRST HAND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The City’s Executive Mayor Councillor Xola Pakati got first hand experience on how it feels to be on the receiving end of a consumers call.
Pakati visited the BCM Call Centre as part of his efforts to experience and improve customer care services. He was taken through operations and even fielded calls. He fielded a caller who was inquiring about their business account. He described the experience as valuable and insightful saying it is crucial to have a broader understanding of the challenges that front line staff face in order to improve on how the City responds to service delivery challenges.
