BYLAWS COMPLY OPERATIONS: LESSONS FOR BUSINESSES
The Buffalo City Metro together with its partners is continuing with food premises Bylaw enforcement comply operations.

The operations, conducted by the Safety and security cluster, focuses on the enforcing Bylaws and compliance matters.

BCM Municipal Health Services General Manager Luyanda Madikizela explains the objective of the joint operations which is to facilitate compliance and enforcement of legislative, by-laws and various policies across business as well as community settings in a consolidated manner by all responsible departments/stakeholders.

He also explained how the Metro identifies premises, that it conducts operations on and check for health and safety compliance, environmental and hygiene standards, license conditions, tax and emigration status.
