The investment by the City also intends to revitalise property development in a Westbank area that has immense real estate development potential given its scenic wide sea facing views.
The Water World project will provide a one of its kind water fun fair park for not only for the Metro but for the entire Province of the Eastern Cape.

The upgrade of the existing will see the 5.9 hector project feature facilities that include amongst others new entrance areas, braai areas facilities, informal trade stalls, ablutions facilities, climbing walls, an amphitheatre, podium seating, sand pits and swimming pools.
