FIX AND BLITZ WITH GOOD GREEN DEEDS SERVICE DELIVERY FRIDAYS
Last week, the Executive Mayor Xola Pakati led the Fix and Blitz programme under Green Good Deeds Service Delivery Fridays clean-up campaign in Duncan Village and Scenery Park.

Before the clean-up Pakati addressed the small crowd and said, “We are today clearing illegal dumps in Duncan Village as part of the Good Green Deeds programme.” “We are resolute in our programme of cleaning the City and we urge people of the Metro to also assist us by refraining from dumping refuse illegally. Our refuse removal service continues to operate optimally during this period of the COVID-19 lockdown.” The clean-up campaign concluded with Ward Councillors distributing soap to residents of Duncan Village.   #StayAtHome.
