BCM Spokesperson Samkelo Ngwenya commended the actions of the officers saying: "They were braved and were determined in their actions. The government is bleeding millions through actions of vandalism and theft and it is quite alarming that criminals are now able to strip off this type of fencing.
"We call upon the community to report any suspicious activities, even if vehicles are marked and appear legitimate.
