Extended hours
To make it even easier to pay your account, some enquiry offices are open for extended periods 10 days before your account is due.

East London residents
Your account is due on the 7th of each month. For 10 days before this due date, the enquiry offices in the Munifin Centre are open from 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. On the Saturday during this peak period, the offices are open from 9am to 11am.

King William’s Town residents
Your account is due on the 15th of each month. For 10 days before this due date, the enquiry offices in the Civic Centre are open from 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. On the Saturday during this peak period, the offices are open from 9am to 11am.

These extended hours do not apply to other municipal enquiry offices.
