PUBLICATION OF DRAFT BY-LAW OF BUFFALO CITY METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS

NOTICE is hereby given in terms of section 160 (4) (b) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 read together with Sections 21A(a), (b) and (c); 21A (2); and 21B(1)(a) and (b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 32 of 2000, that copies of the Draft By-Law of the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, listed in paragraph 2 hereunder, will be available for public scrutiny and comments from 01 September 2023 to 30 September 2003, which is the closing date.
