Buffalo City electricians are still busy with repair and replacement work at the Chiselhust substation, which exploded yesterday. Due to the extent of the damage the cleaning of the area is still ongoing. Preliminary investigations indicate that there was an equipment malfunction.

Once again, BCM undertakes to ensure that electricity supply to all consumers is restored without any further inconvenience. Other sub stations will be used as sources of power supply.
