BCM CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONS WITH MERCEDES BENZ

Present at the meeting was Buffalo City Executive Mayor Councillor Princess Faku together with the Minister of Electricity Dr. Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, MEC Mlungisi Mvoko, City Manager Mxolisi Yawa, MMC Yomelela Tyali, Cllr. Helen Neale-May, BCMDA CEO Ayanda Gqoboka, Acting HOD Luyanda Mbul,  minister’s support staff and BCMM senior managers.

 

The informative meeting with the minister also touched on the issue of electricity in Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality as a whole.

Executive mayor said the engagements were a success.

Another point of discussion was the solar plant to be built that will supply BCMM, which will help ease the pressure to the power grid. Also battery storage facilities were also discussed.
